I handled the case from Magistrate Court through its transfer to Superior Court and the Georgia Court of Appeals, prevailing at every level.

Probate judge denied the application citing a previous felony conviction despite a full restoration of civil rights in a par ... don issued by the Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles. The party appealed to a higher court that reversed the probate court's denial of the party's application. Party who denied the permit appealed to the Georgia Supreme Court. The Georgia Supreme Court affirmed the decision of the intermediate court that reversed the probate court's denial of the party's application.
