Personal Injury is the main focus of my legal practice. I represent individuals who have suffered injuries and damages as the result of another's negligence. I invest all of the time, energy and skills necessary to see my clients succeed at trial or through settlement.

I have represented injured workers for the past 10 years. Prior to that, for 12 years I was an Assistant Attorney General for Workers' Compensation for the State of Georgia. I know the system from both sides.

I represent elderly individuals and their families with Medicaid Planning and Estate Planning, protecting their assets and resources, while at the same time assuring their eligibility as Medicaid applicants.

We handle Probate Litigation matters involving Estates, Wills, Guardianships, Conservatorship, and Year's Support.
