I researched and spoke to several different attorney’s in my area for some pretty serious traffic citations my daughter received after 3 months of having her license. Doc was the only attorney who insisted on speaking with her in person. After meeting with him, my husband and I quickly decided we wou...ld put our faith in him to aid my daughter through this life lesson. He was very sympathetic but clear, that this was serious and she could lose her license for the next year of her life. After just graduating HS and college on the horizon she was devastated. After months of hard work, she was able to keep her license and pay her debt to society in fines and community service. He did an amazing job. We contacted Sanchez Hayes & Associates in November 2017 to help with a VOP case regarding our son. Christopher Upshaw was the lawyer assigned to our case. From the start to finish he was informative and honest. Our son was stopped for texting and driving. He was arrested for a violation of probation... on a domestic violence charge. We were told there were no guarantees but he would do his best to get our son released. Mr. Upshaw, in my opinion, went above and beyond for us. Attorney Upshaw “Doc” is an amazing attorney who truly goes beyond the call of duty. He did all he said he would and then some. He knows the law and did an awesome job representing my fiancé.
