We contacted Sanchez Hayes & Associates in November 2017 to help with a VOP case regarding our son. Christopher Upshaw was the lawyer assigned to our case. From the start to finish he was informative and honest. Our son was stopped for texting and driving. He was arrested for a violation of probation... on a domestic violence charge. We were told there were no guarantees but he would do his best to get our son released. Mr. Upshaw, in my opinion, went above and beyond for us. He was able to find a discrepancy in the tolling order and our son was released after 6 months. If we had not gone to SH&A, our son would have been in jail for 20 months.
