Beware - Find a better attorney
Beware of this attorney. He made serious errors in my case which really hurt me. He filed paperwork late which was dismissed for late filing. There are much better attorneys out there.

Replied last May 29, 2020The poster is a stalker these many years later. I fired this person and she hired another lawyer to take over. She doesn't want to understand anything except her own delusions and that is why I fired her. She then filed a frivolous complaint with the State Bar which was summarily dismissed. There was never any late filing, and the poster's case was not dismissed. She just did not get what she wanted, custody of her child because the Guardian Ad Litem was against it. She has posted elsewhere that the Guardian Ad Litem, the Judge and I are bad people and to "Beware" of all three of us, asserting we are part of a conspiracy in Coweta county to run things behind closed doors ... Obviously she should "take a look in the mirror" to take a phrase from an old Rodney Crowell song.

Took my money and ran
I hired this con from cross country to handle a child support matter. I paid him $1500 up front. This was in Feb of 2012. Now 10 months later he still hasn't filed a modification and says he only will if I pay him more money, leave him a review on this site saying he s the best attorney of the 21st c...

Replied last May 29, 2020This review is a total fabrication. The case which was defending a contempt and not a modification was successfully handled for the fee paid and when I say successfully handled I mean the contempt was dropped after pressure regarding having to pay attorney fees for a frivolous filing. As a matter of law a person cannot file a modification as a counterclaim to a contempt motion. I explained that - I guess it did not register.

Replied last May 29, 2020The fees charged were as I recall for 2 "emergency" hearings and then a temporary hearing; three hearing and preparation for them in all. I had an associate do the first two "emergency" hearings which he won and I won the last one. You got mad because you had to pay our bill. Too much negativity in your life, you need to get a clue.
