Mike Money

This man is worth every single penny. WORTH IT. I have never seen an attorney more prepared and ready to attack in court. Custody court was mentally the toughest thing I had ever gone through along with living 300 miles away. Mike helped me through every step. He made sure I was clear on everything... and understood what was going on at all times. We had telephone conferences and I only had to come in office a few times. His ability to recollect laws and cases in court is astounding and he made my ex’s lawyer look like he’d never been to law school or passed a bar exam a day in his life. Mike came fully prepared to rock my ex’s world and did. I have FULL SOLE CUSTODY with supervised visits for the other party. If I had to do it all over again he’s the ONLY attorney I would consider. I wish he actually practiced in the state I live in.

If you want to spend a lot of money and get 0 results hire Mr. Mike Money, I hired him for a divorce and gave him all the info on how low down and grimy my husband is. I explained I needed someone that could handle my case, Mr. Money explained he was expensive but assured me my husband was no problem.... Money did all the paper work, got my husband served and started the whole process. I thought everything would go smooth but after a few months, I noticed we were at a stand still and my husband began to get bitter and started doing very petty things. I took Mr. Money's advise and started recording my husband and sending it to him. Mr. Money filed a motion to have him removed from the home. This is where I feel Mr. Money dropped the ball. I sent lots of evidence to Mr. Money but I was never prepped for court. I didn't know I could have witnesses to my husbands behaviors or anything. I called Mr. Money prior to court and asked were we ready, he assured me we were. However, when we got to court we were unprepared and it showed. I lost the case and my husband is still harassing me daily with childish and petty behaviors. I was also order to pay my husbands attorney's fees bc the judge felt I didn't have a case. I wasted roughly about $6000 dollar with my and my husband's attorney's fees and still needed to hire another attorney. Mr. Money was so concerned about me paying a retainers fee, that he ran through with email and phone call charges, he didn't have time to prepare for my case. After Reviewing my bill I was charged for phone calls to give him info on my case. I was charged for him to read emails..I sent pictures in the emails that could have helped in court but he told me, on the date of court, because I didn't mark them as important, he didn't know to look at them. Wow, I sorry I thought you would look at everything especially since your changing me to read emails. I requested a partially refund when I terminated our contract and Mr. Money wouldn't even sit down with me to discuss, he took no accountability for his lack of preparation. I would not recommend him if you are dealing with a difficult person. He would be okay if you just need an a attorney to file paperwork.
