This is the second time I’ve used Mr. Schrade’s services. The first was for a civil matter, which he negotiated expertly to my benefit, and more recently for a minor criminal matter. From our first meeting until the disposition of my case, Mr. Schrade demonstrated complete professionalism and a th...orough determination to have my case either dismissed or to proceed with as little damage to me as possible. He knows the legal system expertly, and worked diligently to strategize, present a strong defense, and negotiate a fair penalty. Mr. Schrade made to feel confident but realistic about potential outcomes and always answered my questions and addressed my concerns promptly. Simply put, Mr. Schrade showed a commitment to my case that I likely would not have received from most attorneys, and as a result, I received what I believe is the best possible outcomes in both instances. Mr. Schrade is incredibly talented and effective and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney.

I recently retained Richard to represent me on an issue that was incredibly time-sensitive with potential implications that would have been extraordinarily damaging to many areas of my life. I was an absolute wreck when I called him. He responded immediately (even over a holiday weekend) and got to w...ork on my issue right away. I have had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Schrade now for over 20 years. He is a GREAT LAWYER and that was what I was looking for. But what I found was more than that. I had never been involved in any court proceedings and had absolutely no experience with court systems in general. Richard represented me while I was being prosecuted(unfairly) by the State of GA for two bogus charges related to a repossession I performed for the company I worked for. He came highly ...recommended by the legal department in my former company(Enterprise Rent-a-Car) and he did everything he could legally do to make sure the outcome of my case was what I expected. He explained the process of what each step meant, we went over scenarios of what could happen in each stage, and other legal steps. He was extremely friendly, honest, caring, and he listened to what I said. All charges were dropped due to his diligence and even though the prosecutor relentlessly tried to get me to accept a plea, he strongly encouraged me to keep fighting. He is now a contact in my phone book and I know I could call him at any time to represent me in the future. (Even though I hope I never will).
