I already have custody of 2 kids and is blessed I didn't lose custody completely due to the laziness of Richard Shrade at my hearing I personally feel he didn't even prepare for. After providing several key legal documents to support my case absolutely none of it was used because Richard dismissed my... testimony to the judge leaving only the testimony of my ex wife which was full of lies. My testimony was dismissed without consulting me at all in court. A course I was lectured by the judge because only one testimony given. Cross examination by him was a complete joke.

I was in the middle of a terrible litigation storm with my sons father and it seemed like it would never end. Mr.Schrade was the total opposite... it makes a huge difference when someone treats you like a person instead of job or simply another case number. Mr. Schrade was able to close a case that had been lingering for over two years in just 2 short months! It is the best feeling in the world knowing that someone can no longer hold the threat of taking custody over your head. Mr. Schrade was an angel towards me but a fighter in the courtroom. After spending over $8,000 on different attorneys and feeling like I was wasting time and money, I now know who to choose if I ever find myself in a familiar situation.
