Richard D. C. Schrade Jr.

I already have custody of 2 kids and is blessed I didn't lose custody completely due to the laziness of Richard Shrade at my hearing I personally feel he didn't even prepare for. After providing several key legal documents to support my case absolutely none of it was used because Richard dismissed my... testimony to the judge leaving only the testimony of my ex wife which was full of lies. My testimony was dismissed without consulting me at all in court. A course I was lectured by the judge because only one testimony given. Cross examination by him was a complete joke.

Mr. Schrade represented me in a very serious matter. Words cannot adequately express how grateful I am to him and his assistants. He is an excellent attorney and is extremely thorough with your case. He and anyone in his office will treat you with professionalism and compassion. Your calls will b...e returned and he earns every dollar you pay him and then some. Unfortunately, the judicial system does not always function as it should and an attorney is essential. If you want someone that will represent you and do his due diligence for your best interest, then Mr. Schrade is who you need to hire. He has a stellar reputation in the community and in his profession. There were many times that I thought there was no light at the end of the tunnel and Mr. Schrade and his staff reminded me that there was and that they were doing everything legally conceivable to get justice for me. He will not belittle you and he will be upfront with you, something which is a rarity these days. I am a single mother and a paralegal and I can tell you that Mr. Schrade is the attorney I trust and cannot thank him and his staff enough for everything they have done for me. Whether it be criminal, divorce, custody, etc., Mr. Schrade will fight for you and will explain the process and anything else, no matter how many times you ask. He will never abandon you and as someone who has worked in the legal system, I can honestly say that he is a cut above the rest!

I recently retained Richard to represent me on an issue that was incredibly time-sensitive with potential implications that would have been extraordinarily damaging to many areas of my life. I was an absolute wreck when I called him. He responded immediately (even over a holiday weekend) and got to w...ork on my issue right away.
