Handled a family law case for me. Did an outstanding job! From the very beginning, kept me completely informed, let me know what to expect next. Gave me good reliable advice and counsel all the way through the case. always returned my phone calls if I didn't get him. But I usually got him on th...e phone if he wasn't in court. He sent me detailed invoices throughout the case. Once I had a question about an invoiced item, he removed the items, even though now that I think about it, I actually owed him for it. He treated me right!

Richard Lord did not read through my documents nor did he research anything in my case. I had to indicate I wanted to counter claim, I was not asked. I did not feel like I received any due diligence. When the opposing side agreed to meet, as I requested, Richard Lord said NOTHING during the meeting. He did not want to prepare or strategize before the meeting. He did no follow up . Then, unexpectedly he proceeded to withdraw from my case by sending me a certified return receipt letter. He had no valid reason, he just made up one. He said I did not pay my bills and I had.
