His wife should refer him to additional training
He's supposed to be the professional. He is supposed to know the right questions to ask and should be well versed in the law enough to know the potential problem areas that might weaken or strengthen a case. Sigh he should find another line of work. Unless you're looking for a novice look elsewhere....
