Did a great job on my wills, power of attorney, and other estate planning documents. He took time with me and listened to me, explained the law and the documents, and did not make me wait. It also did not take him long to prepare drafts of the documents for me to review. When I had a question, he ...was prompt to reply to me and answer. All of these type documents can be quite confusing but he made it relatively simple and painless. Though I don't use lawyers very often, If anything else comes up, I plan to check with him first.

I hired Mr. Lord and though he had a very rough way of talking and discussing my case I hired him. Throughout my case he was neglectful, did not follow up with me or the opposing attorney. Routinely, sent things to me at the last minute, which caused me to rush around to complete a task he should h...ave given me ample time to complete. He was often rude, and did little to ease my fears. He also did not do much for my case. He left many things unfinished and I was left misinformed. He is not very knowledgeable and truly behaves like he does not take pride in his work or representing a client. I would never hire him again and warn all that I know to do the same.
