Biography
I strongly believe that every citizen is entitled to the protection of their Constitutional rights.
As a soldier I swore an oath to uphold and defend those rights, and I took another oath to do the same when I became an attorney.
Every person accused of a crime deserves to have those Constitutional rights protected and defended. This is my personal belief, and it is reflected in my calling to practice as a criminal defense attorney.
My practice has taken me all over the state of Georgia, and I have represented clients from Acworth to Zebulon, from Appling County to Walton County. I’ve handled cases spanning the entire criminal offense spectrum, from simple traffic tickets to homicides, along with both bench trials and jury trials.

Does not do his job by any standard
Paid this lawyer to do an adoption over 2 months ago. Have been in contact with him 2 times since then. Once was a month later when he finally called back to tell me he was going to file the paperwork. And the after a period of no responce from him... I contacted the bar and he finally called me b...

Replied last August 30, 2010I would like to point out that this former client filed a grievance with the State Bar and I was cleared of any negligence or wrongdoing. She contacted the police and wanted to swear out a warrant, which was denied. She sued me and the case was dismissed. In other words, this is a person that paid only a partial retainer, refused to acknowledge the work that I did on her behalf, refused to pay any additional monies, and I even gave her a refund to try to mend fences. Despite those issues she continued to harass me and pursue me in several ways, and I was not at fault in any way.

Good lawyer, very honest
Mr. Bugbee helped me out with a DUI I had, when I was on probation for that I got in trouble for violating probation. He took care of me and got the violation stuff tossed out! I am glad I went back to him for my probation revocation.

Great criminal lawyer!
Mr. Bugbee took my case two days before my hearing. He got the prosecutor to drop two of my charges and got me a great deal on the other drug possesion charge I had. I will be letting all of my friends know that if they ever need a lawyer he is a fantastic one who took really good care of me!
