Biography
I strongly believe that every citizen is entitled to the protection of their Constitutional rights.
As a soldier I swore an oath to uphold and defend those rights, and I took another oath to do the same when I became an attorney.
Every person accused of a crime deserves to have those Constitutional rights protected and defended. This is my personal belief, and it is reflected in my calling to practice as a criminal defense attorney.
My practice has taken me all over the state of Georgia, and I have represented clients from Acworth to Zebulon, from Appling County to Walton County. I’ve handled cases spanning the entire criminal offense spectrum, from simple traffic tickets to homicides, along with both bench trials and jury trials.

Do not hire this attorney
We had to report this attorney in order to get our retainer back from him and our legal papers. He took the retainer and never did anything on the case. We eventually just handled the case on our own.

Replied last July 31, 2013Would you mind leaving your name so I can respond accordingly? Nobody has filed a grievance against me in the time frame you stated above (6-12 months ago). If this is who I think it is, that situation occurred years ago, you never paid the full amount of the agreed upon retainer, as you admitted in a pleading later. You also forgot to mention that you received a refund of the partial retainer amount you did pay, even though I had done work on your case. You fail to mention that your bar complaint was found to be unsubstantiated, the court threw out your lawsuit, and the BBB agreed that I had done absolutely nothing wrong.

I hired this attorney to help me with a lawsuit that was over 7 years old and shouls have been dropped in the state of GA. He charged me for all of the fees, including the filing fees and advised that the state dropped my case. One month later I found out that he had never even sent the courts, or ...
