I had a custody and cs dispute with my childs mom, I hired Ms Faucette 3yrs ago today, after never responding to the opposing attorneys subpoenas, not answering my phone calls or emails for 8months, they were threatening to hold me in contempt, finally I went to the court house to complain to the ju...dge and luckily met his chief clerk, she told me Alicia was sick and her paralegal should have called me, she emailed Alicia front the court house, and eventually she called all apologetically telling me she was sick and moved to a new office, after me and my fiancee basically did the whole case for her document wise we assumed we would be back on course because i didnt have another $3,500 to pay, but nope she went ghost again till a zoom court case came then she magically appeared on screen in her car looking like she just woke up and havent talked to me about the case or communicated with me in 10months, it was reset and I never heard from her again all phones are going directly to vm, and I dont even know if she still practice. Please please its so much more but not enough fonts in this box, also she will let the other attorney walk all over her, absolutely no back bone, doesnt send out any subpenous or documents in your behalf just excuses and resets..

I was referred to Alicia by a friend in the beginning communication was great I paid the flat fee for my uncontested divorce and she prepare paper work, I got it signed and sent it back to her and she told me she would proceed with filing that was in October 2023 it is now March 2023 and she will no...t respond to my calls,texts,emails I will ge reporting her to the bar and also filing a grievance to get my money back. DO NOT HIRE HER SHE IS A SCAM.

I hired Attorney Alicia Faucette for representation regarding a legal matter involving a family issue. I was referred to her by a close friend. I met with her at a satellite office location and was comfortable with her promise of professional, legal service and I paid her the requested $2,500 reta...iner fee. After the fee was paid, I never received any correspondence from her regarding the status of my legal matter. I made several attempts to contact with her over the course of several weeks following payment to no avail however, when she finally responded to the many, many messages that I left, she informed me that she had been on a cruise/vacation and that she would follow-up with me as soon as possible. Unfortunately, Attorney Faucette continued to ignore my phone calls and messages until yesterday, July 31, 2023, when she was informed that I would be filing a formal complaint with the State Bar of Georgia and requested a return of my money. I would not recommend Attorney Alicia Faucette and advise everyone to beware and seek legal representation elsewhere.
