I had a BK-7 on my TransUnion report. The date is incorrect. It shows from 2016 but BK was in 2012. I also had 60 days late on a car loan from 2019, no collection and charge off Citi bank from 2019 paid. Started rebuilding December 2021 with 522 FICO 8 but none of the strategies worked. Do not hire!!!
This lawyer never responds to calls or emails, and will not represent they way you would like. Her approach to the case is timid and she basically lets her paralegal handle all the work. I wouldn’t recommend the lawyer to you because she’s not equipped with the skills needed to beat your case. She’s ...

I hired Alicia for legitimation. After I paid her she changed her tune on me. My court order discovery was never turned in on time she passed the buck around to her paralegal assistant with various excuses. She was a no show to the 1st hearing that had to be rescheduled. She was 2 and half hours late...
Mr. Maffett, I met with you several times and spoke with you for hours on end regarding your case. I cannot help that Georgia law requires non-custodial parents, such as yourself, to pay child support to the custodial parent. I also cannot help that the judge denied your request for joint parenting time when you refused to exercise parenting time with your two children prior to your final hearing date. Unfortunately, the court was clearly not confident that you would exercise equal parenting time with your children when you wouldn’t visit with them on a temporary basis prior to court. My office worked diligently on your case in spite of the outcome and I wish you the best moving forward.
