I was referred to Alicia by a friend in the beginning communication was great I paid the flat fee for my uncontested divorce and she prepare paper work, I got it signed and sent it back to her and she told me she would proceed with filing that was in October 2023 it is now March 2023 and she will no...t respond to my calls,texts,emails I will ge reporting her to the bar and also filing a grievance to get my money back. DO NOT HIRE HER SHE IS A SCAM.

I hired Attorney Alicia Faucette for representation regarding a legal matter involving a family issue. I was referred to her by a close friend. I met with her at a satellite office location and was comfortable with her promise of professional, legal service and I paid her the requested $2,500 reta...iner fee. After the fee was paid, I never received any correspondence from her regarding the status of my legal matter. I made several attempts to contact with her over the course of several weeks following payment to no avail however, when she finally responded to the many, many messages that I left, she informed me that she had been on a cruise/vacation and that she would follow-up with me as soon as possible. Unfortunately, Attorney Faucette continued to ignore my phone calls and messages until yesterday, July 31, 2023, when she was informed that I would be filing a formal complaint with the State Bar of Georgia and requested a return of my money. I would not recommend Attorney Alicia Faucette and advise everyone to beware and seek legal representation elsewhere.

Mrs. Alicia Faucette communicated with my family daily on our legal matters. Mrs. Faucette has spent a tremendous amount of time on the phone with my family and I. Mrs. Faucette explains the process of the case. She is an awesome attorney, and she cares about her clients. I've even spoken wit...h her several time after hours. She has gone above and beyond to help us. Thanks for a job well done. My family and I have hired Mrs. Faucette several times, and she has done a wonderful job everytime, We will not use anyone but Mrs. Faucette for our legal matters. Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. My husband is in the process of trying to get custody of his two older kids. We found Ms. Faucette and thought this is going to be easy and stress free. BOY WERE WE WRONG!! It is now a year 2 months later since she ‘’filed and served the mother’’ nothing e...lse has been done. Opposing counsel has tried reaching her as well to no avail.( I know because I have access to the docket and see everything that has been provided) My husband sent her an email just requesting a refund for the remainder of the retainer as well as a certified letter NO RESPONSE. We (including my self) tried calling her office MULTIPLE times 2/3 times a day NO RESPONSE. May I add, when she finally responded to him was when he said that he was going to the bar, she said that she’s not ignoring him and that when he first hired her, she had a full staff now she doesn’t. Okayyyy?? It’s so sad to see how she has been taking advantage of hard working people, not only US but everyone else leaving reviews on google, Yelp etc… we have also sent a grievance to the Georgia Bar regarding Ms. Faucette’s unacceptable behavior. If you are in need of an attorney for a family law case DO NOT HIRE ALICA FAUCETTE or you will be just like us in these reviews.

An absolutely horrible experience and treatment of "Senior Citizens," during a very difficult and emotional time. My wife and I retained Alicia Faucette to represent us in a "Grandparents Visitation Case." We retained her following the death of our son, and our daughter-in-law denying us visitation.... Alicia was very accessible and encouraging until we paid her retainer on 1 Dec 22. Today is 26 June 23, and we have heard from her. Since paying the retainer, Alicia has not responded to any of multiple emails, text messages, certified letters and countless messages left with her receptionist. After over 7 months of waiting and having no contact with our granddaughters, who are 13 and 9, coupled with an unresponsive Attorney, has made life difficult and stressful. Furthermore, our daughter-in-law has moved multiple times creating an unstable environment for our granddaughters. Alicia was aware of the frequent moves by our daughter-in-law, and we provided dates and addresses at the time that we retained her. Alicia refuses to respond to our attempts to communicate with her, to provide evidence of work done on our case and to refund our retainer. A horrible way to treat Senior Citizens who are still grieving the loss of their son, and who are concerned about granddaughters who they love very much!!!
