A personal injury lawyer works with clients who have suffered a physical or emotional injury, usually by accident or mistake. For example, if you are in a car accident, a personal injury attorney can help. They know how the insurance claim process works, they know what evidence to gather, and they know how to calculate and present a claim for damages.

Finally, An Attorney Who Truly Goes to Bat for You

When no one else would take my case, Ted stepped up without hesitation. From the very first phone call with Ted, I knew I was in good hands. He is hands-down the most aggressive and effective attorney I have ever worked with — the kind of lawyer who tells it to you straight, fights hard for his clien...ts, and delivers real results. On my case, Ted's work exceeded my expectations, which says everything about his skill and dedication. Beyond his legal expertise, the experience working with his firm has been exceptional from top to bottom. Ted's staff is always professional, courteous, and ready to answer any questions you have. You never feel like just another case number. If you're looking for an attorney who will truly go to bat for you and won't back down, look no further. I can't recommend Ted Silverbach highly enough. He is absolutely the best in the business!

Couldn't be happier

I hired Ted Silverbach to help me with a bad accident I had on I-75 a year ago involving a Tractor-Trailer. My car was destroyed, and the truck landed on top of my car. Amazingly, I walked away from my vehicle on my own two feet. Even so, my head hurt really badly, I was dizzy and nauseous, and I w...as terrified. Driving was, and still is, a nightmare from my PTSD. I didn’t know who to turn to. My uncle referred my mom to Silverbach Law as they had done a great job representing him in a business case. I called Mr. Silverbach, and he took it from there. From that point forward Mr. Silverbach assured me everything was going to be ok, and it was, it was better than ok – it was great. He got me to the right doctors, he kept me informed of every step and change in the case, was available anytime I called – day or night. I would recommend Ted Silverbach and Silverbach Law to anyone who needs a solid lawyer who cares for the well-being of his clients.

Uninterested and Unorganized

Mr. Silverbach's firm took my case after I was arrested with my 2nd DUI. I was asked to sign an agreement with the firm and provide a $2000 retainer which included representation up to and including a bench trial. I understood that if the case went to a jury trial I would be billed at $185/hour. T...he agreement states that this fee is non refundable. However, the attorney representing me was terminated in what I understand was a financially related layoff. This attorney showed up at the initial hearing on 9/26/13 and upon attorney advice the case was bound over to state court. The hearing for the disposition of my driver's license was on 11/19/13 which was subsequently suspended. This concluded the services from his firm. Because the attorney who was assigned to my case was terminated from the firm, I asked for a refund of the remaining retainer to hire another firm as I felt this was a breach of contract. Being told that I had used my full retainer I asked for a ledger. The contract also had erroneous language stating the county was Cobb not Fulton and the final date of billable hours occurs before the aforementioned date for the OSAH hearing. The ledger states that the firm/assigned attorney spent 11.4 hours at $185/hour. The hours do not match up with the commute, time in court or the reasonably expected preparatory time for this type of case. On September 24, 2015 I emailed Silverbach to release my case and had to follow up twice for an ultimate response on 9/30/15. This response was that my retainer was exhausted. It was at this point that was I was provided a copy of the fully executed contract and ledger. (I had previously requested a copy of the contract with no response.) I replied with the errors in billing and on the initial contract explaining why I felt I was due a partial refund. I never received a response until I received the "Notification Certificate" to withdraw legal services. This contained a mailing address for me that was incorrect. Not only had I not ever lived at this address, it would be easy enough to plug the address in Google and find out who the other "client" was retaining the firm for DUI services. I am concerned about the safety and integrity of my personal information along with the monies I feel owed since they could not fulfill the duties of the contract we initially signed. It appears they use templates for their cases which would logically indicate a reduction in billable hours.
