Winston Williams Gammon

Winston Gammon is an attorney at Gammon, McFall & Villarreal, where he represents clients in personal injury, criminal defense, and family law matters. Since beginning his legal career in 2023 after graduating from Mercer University School of Law, Winston has built a practice centered on advocating for individuals during some of the most difficult times in their lives. He has represented clients in a wide range of complex and high-stakes matters, including murder prosecutions, serious commercial motor vehicle collisions, and contested child custody disputes. Whether defending a client's liberty, fighting for fair compensation after a catastrophic injury, or helping a parent protect their relationship with their children, Winston is committed to providing strategic, results-driven representation.

In addition to his private practice, Winston serves as President of the Tallapoosa Local Bar Association and as City Attorney for the City of Cave Spring. Before entering private practice, he spent two years clerking with the Macon-Bibb Public Defender's Office, where he gained valuable courtroom experience that laid the foundation for his litigation practice. Today, Winston combines that experience with a client-focused approach, working diligently to protect his clients' rights and guide them through every stage of the legal process.
