Respected, knowledgable, great negotiator
Bryan Villarreal is a respected and trusted litigating attorney by judges and fellow attorneys. For the high-conflict marriage I had, Bryan knew which mediators to request and got to the bottom of negotiations within a few hours of back-and-forth between me and my ex's attorney. I highly recommend Bryan as an attorney. He is reasonably priced and will not waste his time reading every email because he knows clients will eventually summarize those emails for a quick 15-minute or less phone call once or twice a month. He understands that some people, like myself, speak more when anxious and reminds his clients to keep it simple and that judges prefer quick charts and diagrams because caseloads are high for judges. I still had to read several books on divorce and child custody, and when he taught me a new term to avoid "parental alienation," I got a book on that as well to make sure I didn't fall into that trap either. He helped me to get out of feeling trapped in a toxic marriage of 19 years and drowning in debt because my ex didn't want me going to work full-time or school full-time. Bryan ensured I had what I needed to move forward in life, finish my bachelor's degree, and have custody of my children. My ex alienated my son from me after three months of paying child support. It is a nightmare watching my son's psyche being torn in half before my eyes, my son blaming me for the divorce, blaming me for his dad drinking alcohol and wishing me dead for two months. I know judges are too busy to do anything about it. On 2/7/2024, I told my ex to come get our son who was brainwashed to believe lies. An awful example is Derek Rosa age 13 weaponized by his dad to hate his mom (Irinia Garcia) so much to the point of stabbing her to death in October 2023! Derek Rosa complained to police that he only saw his dad once every two weeks and complained about paying child support! I'm soon to be 8 classes away from my bachelor's degree in Family Science. Children need both parents, but not when one of them is dysfunctional! I hope attorneys and judges wake up to the seriousness of "parental alienation." I'm grateful that Bryan Villarreal made such a term known to me, so I can educate myself on it. I had to get a separate attorney for my QDRO so I can cash it out, Bryan kept insisting that I roll it over into an IRA. Don't bother leaving voicemails, it malfunctions.

BEST LAWYER IN NORTH GEORGIA
BRIAN took an estate case for us, myself as executor, 3 other law firms had turned us down because they could not make enough money for themselves. We were coming out of the Cedartown courthouse and noticed Bryans office across the street, my B brother and I decided we would try one more, the minute we sat down and talked to Bryan, we knew we had the best attorney available the only regret we had is that we had not found Bryan Villarreal when we first started. We had an estate case where my Father married a woman one year before his death at 87, and she had his will changed the day after the marriage. My Dad told no one about the marriage until the new will was made available after his death, which made it almost impossible for Bryan to do anything, however Bryan and his staff Amanda id the impossible and did a outstanding job with the case we were very well satisfied. If you have a case of any kind in North Georgia and do not call Bryan for help with your case, you are missing out badly. If is just a phone call, to get the best direction. Roger Bruton

Upfront & personal, Bryan is an excellant attorney!
Bryan tells you what you need to know, not what you want to hear, always informative! Quick to respond to voice mails or email! No problem getting in to meet with him on short notice! Staff at the firm are also very quick to get what needs to be done! I have held representation with Bryan for over a year with several meditations and several court hearings. If I have to use another attorney, it will be Bryan Villarreal!

Crooked small town politics
This attorney has been nothing but so rude and using red tape to keep me from my child...long story short he’s insanely crooked, unprofessional and the worst human being I have ever come across in my 30 years, I do believe in karma.

not keeping a client informed
After hiring this attorney I found it very difficult to be able to speak to him personally from time to time. Not many cases are successful under these circumstances.
