Personal Injury 25%

A personal injury lawyer works with clients who have suffered a physical or emotional injury, usually by accident or mistake. For example, if you are in a car accident, a personal injury attorney can help. They know how the insurance claim process works, they know what evidence to gather, and they know how to calculate and present a claim for damages.

Did what he said he would

I had some difficult business disputes that I was struggling with and Ted was amazing. He helped me sort through how to handle everything and how to cope with the stress associated with it. He got the information he needed and told me he would take it from here and not to worry about it! He certainly... did what he said and got me the settlement I was looking for.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
