After my daughter received a speeding ticket for going way above the speed limit, I went to the first court date with her. When we met with the "attorney of the day" we were informed that the prosecutor would not negotiate with us and my daughter would lose her license for 6 months and get 4 points ...on her license, which would kill our insurance rate! We did not agree to this and asked to be put on the calendar for another court date in front of the judge. As soon as we left court, I started calling attorneys to help us with this. I spoke with two other attorneys first, but after speaking with Mr. Lutes, I hired him immediately. He was very nice, helpful and thorough. He explained what he needed from us and how everything would work. He did not guarantee any specific results, but was optimistic that he could help. This time when the court date arrived, Mr. Lutes was able to speak with the prosecutor for us, and was able to negotiate her ticket down so it was less points and she only lost her license for 30 days. Great job! So glad we hired him!

I contacted numerous attorneys in the area for help with an old bench warrant for my husband. Not only was Mr. Lutes the only one to respond, he responded almost immediately. I had gotten myself in quite a bit of trouble prior to meeting and retaining Mr. Lutes. He was willing to meet me near my work to discuss my case since driving up to Canton or taking time off work wasn't really an option. He is great lawyer and knows what he is talking about. He is funny and when t...alking to him about my case he seemed to know just what I needed to hear when I had concerns. Mr. Lutes was very good about making sure he called me back in a timely manner. He definitely spent some time talking to the prosecutor to work out a better deal for me. I hope I don't need his services again but I would definitely call him again if the need arises.

I hired Mr. Lutes to be my attorney for the case involving superspeeding charges. Since I was never given an opportunity to see the police radar reading I wanted to fight my case in court. Mr. Lutes first suggested a jury trial. Later Mr. Lutes changed his mind and suggested instead to plead guilty ...to superspeeding charges because according to his opinion he knew the prosecutor well and could influence the case in my favor. Mr. Lutes told me that if I plead guilty, take 30 hours of community service and defensive driving classes he will reduce my charges to regular speeding with clean driving record. I followed Mr. Lutes advice and signed a guilty plea because I trusted him as a professional. On the day of the court hearing Mr. Lutes reassured me that everything is going to be fine. He never informed me about the results of the court hearing and stopped answering my calls and text messages. When I visited DMV two weeks later I found out that I received superspeeding ticket, points on my driving license and significant fine. These results were not different from what the judge originally offered me without any help of an attorney. Additionally Mr. Lutes put me in nearly impossible position to reopen my case and fight it in court with another attorney because I signed a guilty plea. I find Mr. Lutes conduct unprofessional deceiving and way below standards of care. I do not see anything positive that Mr. Lutes have done for my case to receive his fees.
