About Jeffrey
Biography
After over twenty-five years as an international Systems Engineer, I earned my Juris Doctorate in 2005 and established The Law Offices of Jeffrey S. Williams, LLC. Not only do my wife and I each hold electrical engineering degrees from the University of South Florida, but each of our three sons earned engineering degrees from Georgia Universities.
I spend considerable time in the courtroom, from supporting our clients regarding simple pleas to serious trials. Our current criminal case load includes clients accused of sexual molestation, DUI, illicit drug activity, and other felonious activity. Our current civil actions include divorce, personal injury, child custody, and a six-figure contract dispute. My Juvenile advocacy includes over a dozen Guardian Ad Litem cases, representing Juveniles in criminal actions, and representing parents/grandparents/other relatives in cases brought by the Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS).
Diane, my wife of forty years (we married in college), manages my office and is my paralegal support.
I’ve served on the Board of the Cherokee County DUI Court as the volunteer Defense Counsel since 2007. It is a pleasure to continue advocating for the participants in the Cherokee County DUI Court Program.
