Trust is the key
Mr Garner and his staff demonstrated trust and integrity from our first meeting in February 2015. I was always treated with respect and every question was answered. I highly recommend Mr Garner and would retain him again.
Thank you, Pamela. We always try to treat people the way we would want to be treated ourselves. It is very rewarding for us to be able to assist good folks like you tell their story and guide them down the long, winding road that leads to justice.

First class lawyer
Mr Garner and staff was the best . Professional, timely, and honest is the three words to me that best describe him. His staff was always helpful . If you need a lawyer Garner is the one to get the job done
Thank you, Shane. We are blessed to have a great staff with many years of experience in helping folks with serious injuries and disabilities. We know the legal process can be slow, but we want to try to make sure we move things along in a timely fashion. We also want to be honest with you about our assessment of your case and the evidence the decision maker will be reviewing to make sure you know the strengths and weaknesses. No case is "perfect," but if we accepted your case you can rest assured we believe it has merit and will help develop the evidence to tell your story in a compelling manner. Helping good folks like you get justice is very rewarding.

Great mind humble heart
I have known Mr. Garner for about 40 yrs. and can without reservation recommend him. After several surgeries and denial of my social security disability I had no choice but to retain an attorney. Mr. Garner handled my case very professionally and my benefits were approved. I believe him to be a man o...
Thank you so much Garry. It means a lot to us when the people who know us best choose us to represent them. We screen our cases carefully and only represent the folks whose cases have merit. The judges know we screen our cases and I think that gives us an edge on the "close cases." When we take a case, you can be certain be believe in the cause and we will fight hard to get justice for you. It is so very rewarding to help deserving clients win their cases. Hard-working people like you, who had rather be working but just are not able to anymore, are the folks for which the Social Security disability system was designed to protect and provide benefits.

my personal experience
My personal experience with Stephen Garner has always been very professional courteous and straight to the point and he is a man that gets the job done
Thanks, Chris. We want to get all our clients good results, but we also want to treat you the way we would want to be treated. We strive to be helpful, hopeful and hospitable. You are not just a case to us. You are a person, and we will show you respect as we represent you. That is what it means to be a professional.

No more TV attorneys!
My experience with Murphy and Garner was nothing short of amazing and relieving! I had originally went with one of those television attorneys that make big promises for all of your pain and suffering. Unfortunately, after months of waiting and a lot of tedious paperwork, those promises dwindled whe...
Thank you, T. We are glad you called us too! Unfortunately, many of the TV lawyers are more concerned about the volume of cases they handle rather than getting fair value of their clients' cases. Over the last 33 years of practice, I have heard many horror stories about people who hired the lawyers with the slick commercials on TV and were disappointed with the lack of personal service and attention given to their cases. Jingles and catchy slogans don't win cases. When people are looking for a lawyer, I recommend they do some research. Ask your friends. Check out their reviews online. See what their reputation is in the legal community by going to their web site and checking for awards and honors that have been bestowed on them by their peers. Call around and talk to several lawyers. Interview them - because they will be working for YOU! Lawyers who will listen to you, work hard for you and will use their experience and expertise to fight for a just and fair resolution of your case are the ones you should hire - not the snake oil salesmen screaming and making big promises over the airwaves.
"Having worked against Stephen for nearly 22 years, I can say with certainty that his advocacy and trial skills are above reproach! Stephen knows the law and is always very-well prepared - so are his clients! He's a worthy adversary in every regard. He's also trustworthy and honest - his word is his bond. He's definitely a "go-to" man in your time of need. I respect him immensely!"
"Each time that Stephen has mediated a workers' compensation case for me, I have been extremely satisfied with the outcome. His expertise in the areas of Workers' Compensation Law and Social Security Disability law make him uniquely well-suited for mediating Catastrophic injury cases where Medicare Set-Aside issues always arise. Stephen has a calm temperament which immediately puts all parties at ease. He is very intuitive and he has repeatedly proven to me that he can tenaciously tackle complex issues and guide all parties towards a successful resolution of their claims."
"I fully endorse Stephen in the areas of personal injury, SSI, worker's comp., and social security disability. Stephen is well known locally and across the state as an ethical, competent, and results oriented attorney. Stephen is a good, Christian man who's faith has greatly assisted him in developing such a successful law practice and in helping thousands of clients who have been in need."
