I am here to represent the needs of and to fight for the rights of the injured workers of Georgia within the bounds of the law and the Rules of the State Board of Workers’ Compensation. I believe in face to face contact with our clients whenever possible. Communication is the key to better representing people in general and my clients in particular. The system and the law in Georgia is stacked against the injured worker and it is with great pleasure that we try to help those who need to “fight the good fight” against the powers that be.
With the same degree of advocacy, I represent those who are the victims of negligent driving. We have been blessed with much knowledge of the medical professionals in the Metro Atlanta area and can inform our client of the many choices they have in obtaining the best quality of treatment for their injuries.
Lastly, I am advocating for the disabled who seek Social Security Disability Income Benefits. This is a long and tedious process. I spend much time reviewing medical records and creating documents for the physicians to complete that will quantify the extent of disability of our clients. I am sensitive to our clients’ needs in this area of law. I am advocating for these folks as though they are my brothers and sisters.
In summary, it is an honor and privilege to use the law to demonstrate that our clients are deserving of the benefits we seek for them.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
I gladly and strongly endorse this lawyer. I have known Tom Brown for almost 40 years. During that time, he is always specialized in Worker's Compensation and other areas related thereto. Over those years, Mr. Brown has always been my first choice. I have referred many of my clients to him and he has always done an exemplary job of representing each client, in every case. My clients love him and the great work that he does, as well as the outstanding results which he achieves. He is always extremely professional, highly ethical, & always presents the highest of morals. Simply put, Tom Brown is the best of the best and I highly recommend that any person, who has been injured on the job and needs representation, immediately contact Mr. Brown.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
I have known Tom Brown for about 30 years. He a zealous and highly effective advocate for his clients. He is also one of the most ethical and principled attorneys I have ever met. He knows the workers’ compensation system well, and he fights to make sure his clients get all the benefits to which they are entitled. As a mediator for over 20 years I have had the opportunity to see many attorneys in action, and he is a tough negotiator and trusted counselor. He is well-respected by both the bar and the bench. He is a man of faith, and if you want an attorney who will go the extra mile for you, I highly recommend by friend, Tom Brown.
