We represent executors and personal representatives in the probate of Wills following the loss of a loved one and in the probate of estates where no Will exists. We work with you to ensure that deadlines are met and documents filed properly, resulting in a more efficient probate, saving the estate time and money. We will ensure that the grantor's wishes are met and that beneficiaries are cared for in a manner consistent with the intents of the grantor.
