Excellent Estate Planning and Trust Lawyer
Richard is an attorney that brings a unique combination of skills and capabilities to the table. He is a true expert when it comes to estate law but also possesses the ability to explain the details and complexities of those laws in clear, coherent way. Furthermore, he was extremely patient with my wife and I as we tried to understand the complex implications of our estate and trust(s) structures and didn't nickel and dime us when we needed his expertise. We ended up paying exactly what he promised and feel great about our plan.

Revocable Trust and Living Will
I reached out to Richard, my financial advisor's recommendation. Richard promptly scheduled an appointment with me and my wife and explained the details about Revocable Trust. He also described the differences between other options, such as Living Will and Irrevocable Trust. All of this was done over a Zoom call from the comfort of my home. He reviewed my expectations and provided specific advice about the type of Trust, the benefits, and maintenance. He meticulously had me and my wife listed all our financial assets and real estate. Ideas like planning the percentage of benefits passed on to my children and the age schedule were constructive in putting together a thorough plan. The elapsed time to complete the documentation was about six months. I paid half upfront and half after completion. Richard’s team connected me through this period and shared the drafts. He set up another Zoom call to educate me on the prepared draft. This beneficial session lasted over two hours, during which Richard answered every question my wife and I were seeking clarity on. I have become familiar with what otherwise looks like a legal pile of papers. Once I signaled my clarity and understanding, Richard’s team scheduled my wife and me for an in-person visit to his office to sign the documents before the witness. It is a friendly office with a supportive staff; the signing process was about an hour. I now have peace of mind that I've got a Revocable Trust, a digital copy of it, and a Living Will; all my life's efforts are covered, and I can have my family continue to build on my efforts further. He is also available to answer any follow-up questions or processes.

Learned Attorney
I am pleased to report my extraordinarily excellent experience with attorney Richard Morgan. I was referred favorably to Mr. Morgan by a friend who also consulted with him regarding a will and formulation of a revocable trust. Upon my first consultation, Richard explained how the revocable trust would operate to my advantage. After hiring him, he outlined the steps necessary to establish the trust, one by one, and spoke with language that was easily understandable. His knowledge of estate, trust, wills, and probate law is unsurpassed; his answers to my questions were immediate. Richard Morgan’s presentation, office, and staff are simply the best. This is the attorney you should hire.

Mrs.
After my husband’s death, I needed to update my will, POAs, establish a trust, etc. to get all my legal affairs in order. I arranged a ZOOM consultation with Richard to explain what I wanted & hoped to accomplish. He listened, took notes, asked questions, and answered my questions with easy to follow suggestions & recommendations. The review was also held via ZOOM, & he was very thorough in explaining every draft document that had been prepared. The signing with witnesses was done in his offices & was handled efficiently & quickly with no “hiccups.” Richard & his staff were courteous, competent, professional, and very thorough with all facets of my estate planning. I highly recommend Richard for any of your estate planning needs.

A great experience and confidence moving foward.
Extremely professional, competent, and caring. These three descriptors immediately come to mind when describing Richard Morgan and our interactions with his firm at Morgan and DiSalvo P. C. My wife and I examined several law firms prior to settling on Richard’s, and we could not be more pleased with both the process and the outcome. From the initial meeting, through the drafting and review of our estate documents, to the final products and follow-up, Richard and his staff exhibited the utmost levels of professional behavior, competence and deep knowledge of estate law and its subtleties, and caring that our wishes are clearly defined and expressed in our estate documents. We give you our highest unqualified recommendation of Richard Morgan and his firm for your estate planning needs.

Relocated Client
Richard & Loraine are extremely skilled at what they do. I am an attorney, but I do not personally practice in the estate law arena, so I hired them to create an estate plan for me and my husband when we relocated to Georgia. However, I do know exceptional drafting when I see it, and Morgan & DiSalvo have tight and accurate drafting (NOT true for all attorneys!). I have also had other estate plans created in other states, and I have encountered the difficulties that occur when potential issues are not adequately addressed in the documents. I was beyond relieved when I consulted with Richard and Loraine and realized that their standard forms already addressed and eliminated the issues I had encountered with prior estate plans created in other states, plus they were more than capable of dealing with any other estate planning issues I needed addressed. This law firm is way above cookie cutter...they are cutting edge, and fully capable of handling the challenges that various estate planning issues may present. They are great at getting to the heart of what you want to accomplish with your estate plan and simplifying it as needed. Morgan & DiSalvo have given me a comfort level that I never had with the estate plans that were created for me in other states by other attorneys. I highly recommend Morgan & DiSalvo for your estate planning needs.

"I endorse this lawyer. I practice in many of the same areas of law as Attorney Morgan. For the past several months, I have had the privilege of reviewing a great many of his answers to Avvo questions. I have invariably agreed with these responses. Attorney Morgan not only has a firm grasp on the legal issues involved, but also takes the time to provide useful practical advice for the asker. His volunteer work provides an excellent legal resource for the Avvo community, and I am happy to be able to endorse Attorney Morgan and his services. James Frederick"
