He offers a very fair rate for Real Estate Closings and has a Title Company that keeps the client protected long after they purchase a property. He is also conveniently located next to the Mall of Georgia which is convenient for me and makes it very easy for clients to find when they come to the closing. I have had nothing but praise and compliments from my clients about Steve and his staff. I hear all too often complaints about larger Attorney firms who drag their feet or pass a client file around to multiple staff persons. Steve has figured out how to manage multiple closings without confusion or delays.

Mr. Emert has handled a variety of legal events including the sale of my business, several real estate closings, forming of various LLC's and currently he is representing me with a quite title action to clear a plat recording issue on an investment property my wife and I own.
