Permanent Residency

Leslie Diaz and the Weinstock Immigration team were truly a blessing to work with. My husband and I hired Leslie to help with obtaining permanent residency. I was on a F1 student visa and needed to apply for a change of status since I married my husband, who is a U.S citizen. At our first consultatio...n, Leslie informed us that it would be a straight forward process – and indeed it was! She was there for us every step of the way: from helping us gather the relevant applications and making sure we had the correct supporting documents, and not to mention being proactive in answering our messages. She was very responsive to all of our calls and emails. We even had a phone consultation leading up to the interview to help us get prepared. Hiring Leslie and Weinstock was a great investment, worth every penny. My husband and I are even considering hiring Leslie again when it becomes time to apply for citizenship. If you’re in a similar situation, I would highly recommend reaching out to the Weinstock team to help you through the process.

Legal Status

My name is Rick Esteves and I am from Brazil. I recently got my immigration case successfully handled and would like to share with everyone how it came about; I have been trying for over 20 years to acquire legal status in the USA. I went through a number of immigration "lawyers" for help, all t...hey did was take my money leading to no results whatsoever. About 13 years ago, I learned of an immigration lawyer by the name of Karen Weinstock. I made an appointment with her to discuss my case, she was very upfront and honest about my case being a complicated one. She stated her law firm would do whatever it took to get me legal status and a green card and they would never give up. Both Karen and her associate Leslie Diaz worked really hard on my case and despite much negative feedback from USCIS, they never gave up. Finally, after almost 13 years of waiting, my case was approved and I received my green card. It was the best feeling of my life! In March of 2019, I was able to travel to Brazil and see my Mother and others in my family after a long wait...and come back with no problems. I would just like to say how much I appreciate Karen Weinstock, Leslie Diaz and all their staff for never giving up on me. I will always be grateful to them. I would strongly recommend Weinstock Immigration Lawyers to anyone needing help with their immigration process. They will be honest, fair and fight for you.

It's all about the $$$$

I scheduled an appointment with Leslie Diaz (Weinstock Immigration), and the first thing the csr asked was the $$$ to pay for the consultation, I told her that I need to see at least the "lawyer" or at least speak with her on the phone for 1 minute before paying and the reason for that is to make sur...e that she is an honest, diligent lawyer who has passion to help clients, but Leslie Diaz (Weinstock Immigration Lawyers) didn't even show her face and would not show up until I make a payment, I showed them that I have the money and In already in the office waiting, I won't run away I promise :D I won't pay blindly without knowing or seeing who would represent me lagally. I would not recommend a lawyer that wouldn't show their face until you pay the $$$. She's all about the money! I found a better lawyer who spoke with me on the phone and he's the best in Atlanta.

I am very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our consultation policy. Prior to scheduling, and even before discussing consultation fees, my staff offered you a complimentary screening to determine whether you had a case that we could help you with and spent some time on the phone with you to answer your questions. They also told you where you could find information about my credentials online, including a photo of me and numerous positive reviews from my years of experience practicing immigration law. I charge a consultation fee so that I can dedicate a full hour to carefully reviewing your case, giving you quality advice, and developing a personalized plan for your case. All of this was explained to you before you made your appointment. We find that our consultation policy is the best way to ensure that you receive the personalized attention that your case deserves. If you hire us to work on your case, the consultation fee is credited to your legal fees. If not, it compensates me and my firm for our time and efforts and the valuable advice that you receive. I am truly sorry if you were not happy, but it is our firm policy for all new consultations that the consultation fee must be paid up front. I am glad to hear that you found an attorney you are satisfied with. I wish you the best of luck with your case.

THANK YOU

I had an excellent experience with Ms Leslie Diaz. Every time I sent an email she were very quick to reply. Ms. Leslie were very patient with all the questions I asked. I had to travel outside of the country to obtain my permanent resident card and was very nervous I would not be able to return to th...e United States. The attorneys here made sure I had every document I needed to ensure a smooth process and with her help I was able to obtain my green card and safely return to the United States. I strongly recommend Ms. Leslie Diaz, and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs an excellent Lawer

Great Lawyer

They were very knowledgable, fast, and, more importantly, caring. You could tell that they were there to help with your future not just your paperwork.
