Straightforward and clear advice!
Ms. Elizabeth told me about the general consequences of my situation and a clear solution to make sure I get the problem solved. After talking to her I called USCIS to confirm and know if there is anything else I should do, they said her advice was exactly what they would suggest as well.

Understands your concern, very re-assuaring and prescriptive in her response
Had a 15 min chat with her, covered 3/4 of my questions in that time, and she let me over a little over time to ask the 4th question as well. Very nice experience, and she knew her stuff. Highly recommended for consultation.
