As a litigator, Tom has experience handling disputes involving, among other matters, breach of contract, property rights, construction liens & construction defects, residential landlord-tenant & commercial leasing issues, business collections, and general business and commercial disputes. Although disputes often result in litigation, Tom recognizes the value of alternative dispute resolution and assists his clients with pre-trial negotiation, mediation, and arbitration when appropriate.
Tom also counsels his clients through a variety of transactions. He has experience assisting clients with choosing the appropriate corporate form and setting up companies, as well as negotiating and drafting business agreements. Tom also assists clients with construction agreements, real estate purchase and sale agreements, and residential & commercial leasing.

Tom received his Juris Doctor, with honors, from Emory University School of Law and is admitted to practice law throughout the states of Georgia and Ohio. Tom attended Auburn University for his undergraduate education.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Tom served honorably as a United States Marine. He continues his service to the nation by advocating for service members' and veterans' rights.
