I hired Atty Cope earlier this year for a case in Gwinnett County. She was initially open and available once I paid my retainer. Due to being able to resolve the case resolution without an attorney I ended our client-attorney arrangement. Because the arrangement was so brief I inquired about getting ...part of my retainer back. She agreed only after telling me that there is a mandatory "35 Day waiting period" After weeks and weeks of non communication she never returned it to me. I called her office repeatedly, texts, Facebook, she just refused to talk to me. Will be reporting her to the Georgia Bar to file a complaint.
