Alavi & Firm
I know this man and am a former client. I was crazy about him and am really disappointed to find out about this. The law firm as a whole was very unresponsive but the former Judge Plickta was still running the firm and he needed to be on anti something pills! Like so many people in their waning go...

Not ethical
My son was convicted and Alavi was going to file an appeal. I paid for the transcript of the trial, but he only paid half to the court. I can't get in touch with anyone to get my money back. That is $1000 gone.

DANGER STAY AWAY!!!
DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!!! Not only did he not represent us well but he took money from us for for a specialist that he never paid. He is under indictment fo stealing from another client as well. He works out of his house and has no office. He talks a good story buT doesn't deliver.

DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY!!! THE WORSE EVER!
Not only did he forget to schedule my move-out date with these crazy landlords I had; that almost got me arrested because we had a TPO against each other, he cashed a check of mine that he Knew he should not have! I am reporting him to the Bar Association so he cannot do this to anyone else.
