Slip and Fall Case Won

I was severely injured in a slip and fall accident in 2005. In the next few years I had 2 attorneys ending with each dismissing my case because they did not think I had a case. I then found Mike Braun. After my first meeting with Mike I knew I had finally found the right attorney. Mike took my case and ran with it. I had undergone 2 surgeries and numerous other procedures and was left with medical bills in excess of $150,000.00 and would never physically be the same again. My case went to trial and we won by jury verdict. My case has been settled and I have been able to pay all of my medical bills and start a new life. Michael was the best thing that happened to my family and I as we went through this trying time.He was very knowledgeable and determined,kept us in the loop as to what was going on .Micael was a good friend to have in the legal field and I would most certainly call on him again if the need arrived.My only regret was that he wasn't available to me here in Tennessee to represent me on Tn end of the matter

Compassionate and Professional

Mr. Braun represented my father in a personal injury case. With my father's age and poor health we knew there would not be a large settlement, but Mr. Braun still accepted the case. He was very compassionate about my father's situation, extremely knowledgeable and professional as our attorney, and kept us informed throughout every step of the process. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Braun and I would highly recommend him.

Michael Braun review

I was in an auto accident a few years ago where I was rear-ended while at a full stop. As a result my back was injured. Keeping to the cliche, the insurance company refused to pay for medical expenses or pain and suffering though the motorist was at fault. I contacted several lawyers but most wouldn't give me the time of day because it wasn't a huge payoff. I was referred to Mr. Braun who handled my case and treated me respectfully and was always prompt in returning calls and answering questions. He was very thorough and knowledgeable in the courtroom and has a very cool and confident style. As a result I won my case (yes I realize this sounds like a cheesy advertisement and would believe it was if I hadn't lived this ordeal myself) and received justice, vindication, and the full amount I asked for, which was three years in the making. He's a fine man, an excellent lawyer and I would highly recommend him.
