Biography
I graduated from Atlanta Law School in 1993. My practice consists exclusively of jury trial work, focusing on significant matters involving personal injury, including wrongful death, tractor-trailer, and premises liability cases. I have tried cases to juries throughout the state of Georgia, and have obtained verdicts that range from several thousand dollars, in smaller soft tissue cases to 5 million dollars, in a more significant injury case. I love to try cases, and feel at home in a courtroom, so I am often associated by other attorneys for the preparation and trial of litigated matters. 

I am admitted to practice in the State of Georgia, U.S. District Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court, and I am a certified Civil Trial Lawyer, through the National Board of Trial Advocates. I have been a guest lecturer on topics ranging from the preparation of a case for trial to the taking of an experts depositions.
I has also been voted, by my peers, as a Super Lawyer, as recognized by Atlanta Magazine, and have been awarded an AV ranking by Martindale Hubbell, which signifies the highest ranking an attorney can receive for both ability and ethics.
