Damon Sharad Bivek

There are exactly two attorneys in the world that I trust and Damon Bivek is one of them. He is a gracious and caring gentleman who went above and beyond to keep things moving along smoothly. He has an insight to human nature that combined with his legal expertise made what could have been a misera...ble year much more comfortable. When it was all over, I felt I got everything we wanted without resorting to any regrettable behavior. And he effectively coached me through moments when I just wanted to give up. Nice! I met Damon late in my case and when I was very frustraited with my previous attorney and the court system. I told Damon what my goals were for the case and he told me what we had to do to achive that outcome in a very straight forward proffesional mannor. I personnaly liked the fact that he got righ...t to the point and didn't waste time weighing every single sentence as if we were being recorded.
