Be prepared to be charged outrageous amounts, do your own leg work (when it comes to the reason you hired a lawyer in the first place: to get proper documents from outside parties & proper due dates) and pray she does what she says she is going to do in a timely manner...then you might get the result...s you need. She seemed too busy for my case (after being paid over $30,000.00), she hardly returned calls & when paperwork was due she never submitted it for the judges signature. I called her office multiple times, they said she was on vacation. I was beyond frustrated with her, her staff & their lack of knowledge. I would never recommend her to represent me or anyone else I know. Horrible experience.

Debbie Pelerose is the only attorney I have EVER trusted and would always use. I have retained Debbie Pelerose off and on since 2002. Every time we had a hearing for contempt, custody, child support modifications, contempts and more contempts, Debbie ensured my case was handled professsionally and... in the best interest of my children. She always did her best to try to mediate, settle, etc to avoid extended court costs, time, stress, and anxiety. She is ALWAYS professional in her interactions even when dealing with not so professional people. I must say, she won EVERY time we went to court which has been at least 13 times. If you have children involved, she will hands down ensure the best outcome for them. Almost every time she won my attorney fees as well. Awesome attorney.

If there were more than 5 stars, I'd give them! In fact even with just 5 stars, I give Debbie Pelerose 20. Debbie Pelerose handled my recent divorce wonderfully. She demonstrated extreme professional skill, constantly kept me advised me of what was going on, kept me "in the loop" for all decisions, ...showed concern for me as a person, and made me feel every confidence in her and in working with her. Along the way I came to feel comfortable with Ms. Pelerose not simply as my attorney but rather as someone I could trust and rely upon just as I could a friend. That trust was not misplaced. I cannot recommend her too highly and have already done so. As an aside, Ms. Pelerose was recommended to me by a friend who is an attorney himself after I asked "Who would you go to in my situation?". He immediately and without any further thought said Debbie Pelerose. That in itself is high praise and again shows the exemplary quality of Ms. Pelerose as an attorney and a person.
