Gives lawyers a good name.

Responded to a flyer after a family member received citations for an accident. Despite having reservations on calling based on a mailing I did and am glad for it. Sam communicated superbly throughout proceedings and was honest, lived up to his advertising and did not add on fees. Having the need f...or attorneys previously and knowing how hard and important it is to have a good one I can say the experience was easier than getting a passport. Though I hope to not need him again I would call him without hesitation. Dr. S

A man of his word.

I took a "Shot" on Sam saw his flyer, called and I was impressed, he got-it and came up with the solution and I hired him. At that time my life was in turmoil and he ran with the ball, keep his word and got the outcome he proposed. Thanks Sam.

Traffic citation

When we first met we set down and he asked about what happened that night, so i told him what had happen before i got my ticket and i explained that i didnt want this on my record and he said that is what he going to push for. And like he said when my court day came their was no worries because Mr.N...ash did his best to keep his word. He has got a client for life!

Great Service, Excellent Communication, Followed Through to Completion

Hired Mr. Nash to handle a traffic ticket received after a minor accident. He responded quickly to all questions via email or phone and took my case even though I contacted him only a few days prior to my court date. He charged a fair fee for his services and got the charge reduced as hoped, and to t...op it all off, I didn't have to show up at court which is worth the fee right there!

Capable Representation to Contest a Traffic Ticket

Sam was a pleasure for me -- and presumably for court personnel as well -- to work with. He conducts himself in a quietly confident manner and displays true professionalism in his craft. The impression that he creates in the courtroom inspires confidence. Although entirely unrelated to my case, he... expressed gracious empathy about my current eldercare responsibilities at home. Sam’s experience as an intern, specifically in Atlanta’s Fulton County criminal court system in the not-too-distant past, seemed to be a "plus" for this representation. His lawyering skills, authenticity, and polite persuasiveness with the State Court of Fulton County prosecutor resulted in dismissal of my misdemeanor traffic citation for failing to yield at a “stop” sign (involving collision without injuries).
