I contacted Mr. Nash to handle a citation I received from an accident I was involved in. Mr. Nash consulting with me, he went to court for me because I was not able to. Mr. Nash consulted with me each time after the court date to keep me updated as to what was going on and what he was trying to do. M...r. Nash was able to get my citation reduced and was able to get it so that it would not show up on my driving record and also that it would not show up if an insurance company pulled my driving history. Mr. Nash was able to have everything I asked him for.

Mr. Nash was very honest and upfront with both his fees and the estimated speeding violation cost (altogether ended up being a little less than I was originally quoted). All promises including the prevention of having the violation report on my Indiana driving record and insurance appear to have been... kept. My major violation was changed to a basic rules violation.
