A native Georgian, former AMA Pro Racing motorcycle roadracer and licensed pilot, Mr. Nash began his legal career upon graduating from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2013. While in school, he worked in the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office and participated in school sponsored mock trials. Mr. Nash is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association and focuses his skills on DUI, Criminal, and Traffic law.

Great work
I got an accident a year ago. Sam helped me with this case. After a lot of communication to the Cobb County, Sam finally got my case dismissed. Now no record of the citations will appear on my driving history or insurance. It will be as if the citations were not issued. Thank you, Sam for your helps....

Mr. Nash did an outstanding job in dealing with my speeding ticket. It was a super speeder offence(more than 20 mph over the posted speed limit in my personal vehicle) and he managed to lower it to a below 14 mph.
