Mr. Nash called me to discuss the situation and he handled the case. There was a week delay in our communication but all was resolved easily. My driving record has been protected and my points have overall been reduced! This will save me greatly with insurance, keep me free to drive and made me a be...tter driver! A great blessing.

Mr. Nash sent me a letter and he told what he could do for me and I am glad because I would have basically pleaded guilty otherwise. I was planning to pay the fine which would have meant an admission of guilt before he contacted me. He called me about my case and he told me what I could do. I underst...and he was busy but I could not in contact with him for a few weeks when he told me to take a defensive driving course. I eventually was shown the acceptable courses by partners at Mr. Nash’s firm and I took a course and finished and then emailed the certificate I had earned to Mr. Nash. Then, I paid the fee which was a few hundred dollars (somewhat hefty) and he showed up to court on my behalf on my scheduled court date. He was able to dismiss the case altogether. For that, I thank him and I would recommend Mr. Nash to anybody. Mr not being able to get the right information was somewhat my fault too. All in all, I am satisfied.
