Case Dismissed

I was facing 4 charges from hit and run to improper stopping. All of which Mr. Enslein got dismissed because there was no evidence.

Great Lawyer w/a Kind Spirit!

My son was facing some very serious charges. Having never had any dealings with the legal system, I was a nervous wreck, but I knew we had to hire a fierce attorney. I came across Matthew's profile and was truly impressed by the reviews he had received. I set up an appointment with him. Based on tha...t initial meeting, I knew Matthew was the right guy. I could tell that he believed in my son and that he would fight for him. That was extremely important to me. The case dragged out for over a year and Matthew was there every step of the way. In the end, things worked out in my son's favor and I know it was largely due to Matthew's strong legal acumen. I highly recommend Matthew. He will remain my family's "go to" attorney. He is smart, has a great sense of humor, puts his clients first, and is dependable.

So Glad I founded Him...

In September of 2016 I was charged with Aggravated Assault and Battery. I called several attorneys and was not happy with there response to my charges and also the amount the wanted to charge me, so I received a letter from Matthew Ensline so I made one more phone called and at this point I was like ...whatever, so I made an appointment to set down with him. I was very happy with our conversation and very happy with the amount he charged me. He took care of everything I think I went to the court house 3 or 4 times never had to say a word because he did all the talking. So as of this morning @ or about 9:30 case dismissed and charges dropped as though nothing happened. I am so happy that I founded him and would recommend him to anyone needing a Criminal Defense Attorney. Sincerely, T T. Jackson

Case Dismissed!

I contacted multiple lawyers about a simple battery charge, but felt most comfortable with Matt from the get go. The consultation was done over the phone, and I felt comfortable knowing that he had experience with similar cases where they were dismissed. The only regret I have was not contacting Mat...t sooner, as he was able to put my mind at ease. I didn't have to take leave from work to appear in court, as Matt handled all proceedings. Information was communicated throughout the process--I was never left in the dark on the proceedings of the case. I highly recommend Matt because he guaranteed results and delivered.

A patient and caring legal advisor

I had never dealt with legal matters before, but Matthew guided me through the process while helping me understand my options and the best course of action. He worked with me to hammer out a payment plan we could both live with, and handled my case admirably. Notably, when I was shy and a little t...oo quiet when speaking to the judge, he stepped in and explained I was soft-spoken. Should I ever need legal advising again in Cobb County, I'm going straight to Mr. Enslein.
