Just in the Nick of Time

One Friday night in November, I had my first arrest for Simple Battery- Family violence. I had never been in any trouble before and to be honest it was the most gut- wrenching feeling I could ever imagine. I did not know where to begin after being released a few hours later and all I knew was that I ...could not blemish an otherwise spotless record over an emotional outburst. I called everyone I knew and asked what do I do. Their only reply was to just go to court and see what happens, but I couldn't bring myself to do that. By the end of the week my mailbox was full of attorney marketing letters, some good, bad, and horrible I just decided not to read anymore. I called 6 lawyers and all of them quoted me absorbent fees for representing me and even though they all said my charge was something to deal with easily they did not put a positive outcome behind it. Needless to say when I called Mathew, a burden was lifted. He was on a road trip with his family when he answered my call and he assured me everything would be okay. In my mind he was hired as soon as he said it would be okay. He set me up to have my anger evaluation done before our first meeting on November 30th and he had my case dismissed BEFORE my court day on December 4th. Not only is he one of the BEST attorneys in the world, his fees were extremely reasonable and he worked with me. He even took time out of his busy schedule to encourage me to pursue my education further and I appreciated that. Thanks again!

Relief when I desperated needed it.

Mr. Einslein helped me when I was dealing with a serious criminal case. His fee was reasonable and worked well within my budget. He fought to have my reputation protected by having one of my cases dropped completely and the other dropped down to a public ordinance charge. Thank You for all of your su...pport, I would highly recommend anyone to meet with you for assistance with their cases.

great experience

This was my first time ever needing a lawyer after a domestic dispute I did my research and met with four different lawyers but I felt Matthew was more sincere than the rest after doing my research I decided to use Mr. Enslein he got my case dismissed it was a very easy process he is a great Lawyer ...

Amazing connections.

Mr. Enslein was an amazing defense lawyer on my behalf. Everything he said he would do he did it. He has a great work ethic and a personality that draws you closer to him. He communicates very well and is extremely patient. Any problems I have in the future I'm calling him to handle them.

Driving accusations

I was arrested and charged with several severe driving offenses. Ones that, if convicted, could've led to a prison sentence-not simply county jail. I contacted Matt immediately upon posting bond. Simple words cannot convey his professional knowledge nor the personal interest he showed. He worked, lit...erally, night and day, even while taking care of his wife who was 9 months pregnant, to ensure I got the most incredible plea agreement that anyone under those circumstances could possibly hope for.
