When I was pulled over last February for another DUI, I thought my life was over. This was my 6th lifetime DUI, and it was my second within the last 5 years. I was facing some serious jail time, and would've most likely lost my job. After hiring Trina, she immediately went to work for me. She re...viewed my Police Report and watched my arrest video several times. She told me the truth which I already knew, there was no getting around this DUI charge. The police did everything by the book, so I did not have a chance - I had to plead guilty. I was very upset and nervous about all of this, but Trina assured me that if I followed her advice, and did everything she requested, she would be able to negotiate with the Prosecutor to get my sentence reduced to the least amount of jail time possible. So I did everything she asked me - I went to Driving School, ASAM class, Victim Impact, and completed almost 200 hours of community service before we went to court. I also enrolled in an alcohol treatment program (rehab), which I desperately needed. This work I did took several months, and Trina negotiated with the court to get my case postponed several times. When my day in court finally came, Trina spoke to the judge on my behalf and got my sentenced reduced to 48 hours, which was time already served. So I did not have to go back to jail. Thank God! I was so relieved, and I felt so lucky!! I have a second chance and a much better life now thanks to Trina. If you want a lawyer who works really hard and will fight for you, hire Trina. She is the best!!
