I strongly advise against hiring this attorney as they proved to be a complete waste of time and money. Despite paying a substantial amount to secure their services, they displayed a shocking lack of awareness regarding my case and consistently failed to respond to my calls and emails, even during cr...itical periods. I ended up having to handle everything myself, putting in all the effort while they were completely absent. This attorney makes empty promises and only pretends to be on your side until they have drained your finances, at least 10k in my case, and then conveniently disappear, leaving your case in ruins. Please do not jeopardize your family's funds by entrusting them with your legal matters. To put it bluntly - they provided zero support whatsoever.

I hired John Barrett to represent a custody issue for my son in 2021. His paralegal, Donna, promised it would be filed in a week, which was important to us as the baby had been kept from us for months. Not only was it not filed for another month, the case drug on and on because Donna was there one ...week, and mysteriously not with the firm the next so we had to start again with the minute details, then back again weeks later. This went on for months with delay after delay. Then in court, his representation and advice was not at all helpful. Would have been better off without legal representation. Just found out that my son never even got the final papers. I plan to file something with the Georgia Bar.

Mr. John Barrett is honest to god the best lawyer in Cobb County. My family and I hired him over a drug case that I had last year involving 5 felonies.
