Ken previously served as a Special Assistant Attorney General; Chairman of the Marine Corps Association of Georgia Lawyers; Vice-Chairman of the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority (GRTA), and as a member of the Governor's Development Council (GDC). He is a former member of the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Georgia and served on the audit committee (past member judicial evaluations committee).
