I hired Mr.Koontz after I made a HUGE mistake. I had never been in trouble a day in my life. I received so many flyers from different lawyers wanting me to hire him\her. Mr. Koontz's was one of the 1st I received. I knew from the minute I talked to him he was the right person to represent me. He has ...always answered my questions and never made me feel stupid. We are so pleased with Mr. Koontz service in every way possible as he has represented my niece several times unfortunately in 4 different types of cases, a felony case, a DUI, an accident and failure to follow through with probation. First let me say i don't normally write reviews. i had a criminal case going on, while i was going through a divorce. My stress level was off the chart. David represented me in the criminal case. When i tell u he was there for me. When i would text him he would always responds. Really instantly ...or before the close of business, but no pressure David. i ended up having to have an anger management evaluation. which went well. He found the person to give the evaluation. Biggest thing after completing evaluation. He went to court on my behalf with out me even being present, and got the case dismissed.

He was very caring. However, I did not feel like he gave it his all. He depended on his relationship with prosecutor to get my dui reduced instead of actually fighting for potential evidence. I feel let down and pushed to the side. I had to reach out to find out court dates and updates on footage. As... a first time offender, I got every repercussion possible
