When someone is arrested or gets a ticket, having to deal with the legal system can be a difficult experience to go through. I have dedicated my adult life to helping people get through that experience successfully.
As a Harvard Law graduate and local criminal defense attorney with 19 years of experience practicing in Georgia, my "back yard" is primarily Cobb, Douglas, Paulding, and Cherokee counties.
I am dedicated to working hard to resolve criminal cases, ranging from felonies to misdemeanors and traffic court. While I respect that some attorneys specialize in certain specific charges only, I have always embraced the idea of being "cross-trained" and gaining valuable experience by handling and trying different kinds of criminal cases.
No matter the situation, I have a passion for defending individuals' rights, and for making sure you have an advocate in your corner at the courthouse. I offer free consultation, personal service, and reasonable fees.
I believe you should insist on hiring a local attorney who:
In your free consultation, we can discuss your situation thoroughly and privately. The best way to reach me is on my cell phone or by email. I will return your message promptly, and I will provide you with the high level of personal service that you deserve.
Please do not hestiate to contact me and see how we can resolve your matter successfully. I look forward to hearing from you!

Will not fight for you.
I was involved in a domestic dispute. Accused of charges I didn’t commit. The victim, my wife, who recanted her statement to police couldn’t even help. Took a lie detector test and passed. Sat in court for a year forced to take a plea deal. Was in court all day on some events because David was late...
I do fight for my clients, and I fought for this one after the prosecutor originally wanted prison time. As the reviewer admits, he is angry because I declined to represent him for a new matter---a petition to terminate probation early---after it became apparent to me that this would create a conflict of interest. He chose to take the plea deal in the original case, and there had never been any indication of dissatisfaction with his decision or my representation. In fact, now two years later he sought my representation again. It was only after I respectfully declined representation, due to the conflict, that he wrote this review. Sometimes people second-guess their original decision later on, whether it's a plea deal or a trial. That's human nature, and understandable. But I have always fought, and will continue to fight, for each and every client.
