The attorney you want working for your family...

We hired Brad Macdonald after receiving a devastating ruling from the Superior Court. We consulted numerous attorneys and were so grateful to have been connected with Brad to handle our appeal. He immediately jumped in to become familiar with all the details of our case and explore our best options... for justice. He was honest with us from the very beginning about the reality of our chances and took the time to explain his approach throughout the process. Thanks to his legal expertise we beat the odds in the Court of Appeals. We are blessed by the outcome of our case, but know that we would recommend Brad Macdonald regardless because of his expertise and integrity.

Superior Service and Results

In 2015, I was surprised to learn my wife had an affair while I was away for a relative’s funeral in another state. I knew based on the last few years that the marriage was not repairable after that last injustice and I commenced to find an attorney to represent me. Once I met Brad Macdonald, I knew ...I had found somebody I could trust to ensure that my assets would be protected and that I would still be able to send my two children to college, as both were in high school at the time. Brad and his staff guided me through the process ensuring I was prepared for each hearing and warning me of tactics the other side would attempt to deploy. Once my divorce was finalized, my now ex-wife attempted to sue to gain control of the college account and one of my vehicles. While Brad no longer represented me since the case was closed, he thoroughly researched the issues and produced a stunning affidavit which thoroughly debunked all of my ex’s claims. Because of Brad’s professionalism and thoroughness, both of my children had their college accounts preserved and will complete college debt free. My daughter still drives the vehicle my ex tried to misappropriate and I was able to remarry without fear of further financial repercussions.

Great Legal representation

Brad was the best lawyer that I've come in counter with. When deciding to get a divorce I was very worried about legal representation, price and loyalty. Brad was very good knowledgeable in family law he directed me the whole way on my options and allowed me to make the decision mine. Brad's team was... very supportive. His paralegal was very good as well. She would always listen to my concerns and communicate them to Brad. She was compassionate, caring, understanding and she would always make me feel confident at the end about my choices. It was a very emotional time for me but I made it through with a smile on my face. The price was very reasonable. The lawyer I had chosen before Brad cost me way more than what Brad's practice charged me. After hearing how long it took most divorces 1 to 2 years before the divorce was final made me very uneasy. However, mine was quick and that was thanks to Brad. From Separation to the divorce day it wasn't even a year. now, I can't say that everyone will have that response but with Brad I cam confident that you would. I would definitely recommend his practice to anyone.
