Did Not Deliver
Hired him to represent me in a TPO hearing. He was arrogant and primarily focused on billable hours. Talked a good game but in my opinion his defense was inadequate at best.

Replied last October 02, 2018Because I resolve approximately 200 criminal matters every year, and the criticism is posted anonymously, it is difficult to figure out who posted the comment, or why. I am always open to criticism, but I find most of the on-line comments are from people who phoned the office and did not like the fact that I do not offer free consultations. I do not worry about billable hours in a TPO, because I have always charged a flat fee. I have charged $ 2500 for a TPO for the last ten (10) years. If the TPO takes two hours it is $ 2500. IF the TPO takes fifteen hours, it is $ 2500. So, the comment about my focus on billable hours is bizarre, and leads me to believe that this person was never a client. Again I recommend that folks visit the courthouse where their matter will be addressed and ask the staff at that courthouse for a recommendation of four to five attorneys. That way, you know you are being led in the right direction by folks that have seen the attorneys in action.
